1) New Orders - We offer a two week (10 business days) delivery on all new Screen Printing and Embroidery orders.
2) Re-orders - 1 week (5 business days) delivery on all exact Screen Printing and Embroidery re-orders.
3) Promotional Products - All promotional product lead times will be quoted at the time the order is placed.
4) Rush orders - Manatee Apparel accepts rush orders for an additional charge of $35.00 per 72pcs.

Quantities - All Screen Printing orders must be a minimum of 12 pcs. There is no minimum quantities required for Embroidery orders and all Promotional Products are item specific.

Payment - A 50% deposit is required before any work is started and the balance paid in full when the order is delivered.
Manatee Apparel does offer additional payment terms for those who qualify, for a credit application please contact one of our sales representatives.

Returns - Returns are accepted for replacement only!
Manatee Apparel warrants it's Screen Printing and Embroidery for the life of the garment.
Manatee Apparel will replace at it's discretion any garment which displays significant degradation (fading, cracking, discoloring, etc) of the garment's decoration.
Garments that have been abused or neglected (improperly washed, bleached, used to wash your car, etc) will be considered void of our warranty!
Manatee Apparel will not accept items due to customer's error in garment color or size selection for return.

Disclaimers - Due to circumstances beyond our control Manatee Apparel disclaims the following:

1) All items sold by Manatee Apparel may be temporarily unavailable or discontinued without notice.
2) Manatee Apparel assumes no responsibility for statements made or the content of web sites visited via our links.
3) Artwork for new Screen Printing orders that has not been approved in writing three business days prior to the required delivery date may be delayed.
4) Information included on our online catalog is provided for reference only and may not be 100% accurate.
5) If Manatee Apparel is providing art services, we will provide you with an artwork proof for approval. Your approval relieves Manatee Apparel of any liability for color, placement or typographical errors.
